This past weekend I had the opportunity to go to Miami to attend the Aesthetic Management Partner’s 2024 Owner’s Summit and I will say that was the most amazing conference I have ever attended in my professional career. AMP threw a fabulous educational experience with plenty of speakers and live demos.

This was a great opportunity to network with other med spa owners, sales device reps, and other support staff. What’s great about the medical aesthetics industry is that we can talk to our competitors but not feel that they are competitors. I truly felt that this group of people are there to help you learn and not keep all their secrets to themselves.

I talked to many med spa owners, and we shared info as to what skincare line they use, what chemical peel and other products they use, what is working for them and what’s not working for them, which devices they like and don’t like, and how to get more clients. Not only did AMP produce a great owner’s summit, but they also gave away over $100,000 including two brand-new Plasmage devices!
